Its totally free and works better than the callwave number - no credit card needed and you answer in realtime. It has other features such as voicemail too...

I second that! It's not so much that it's tricky.. but, if you opt for the free phone #, you have 'mandatory' call screening. With the 770 gizmo dialpad not sending out the required "1" to accept the call, rather than listen to the message being left in voicemail, it's essentially useless... and I wasn't about to pony up money for the other features (with everyone on cell phones, long distance is really an obsolete issue). So, i killed the account and went with IPKALL. much loving it.
