For channel switching I use Microb and vdr-live plugin, a web based GUI.

Ok, handling sucks with my solution now. But I wanted to see a live tv on a N8x0 first, nothing more.
And I think I don't use it for watching live tv at home, as I have bigger displays to use at home.

I only test something and want to inform you that it works.

My final idea is watching tv over the Internet, but not live tv as I have no time to watch it live if I'm away. I'm getting a phone flatrate soon (€9/month, web'n walk handyflat). As the flatrate is limited on port 80/443 and UMTS/3G, I try to find some workarounds for this limitations
