Yep, those sorta thing. The particular battery doesn't matter; they connect to the power jack on the tablet just like a wall charger. So it needs to have a 2mm Nokia tip. (You can get USB -> 2mm Nokia adapters, if you go with a USB one.)

There's been a thread on these (yeah, that thread, sjgadsby); the Tekkeon mp1550 got pretty high marks.
