You probably DO NOT have to start from scratch if you have not reflashed. A lot of the steps are good till the next flash and this is the BEAUTY of this particular script. Once you have made it work, the whole process is automated, requiring ONLY partition and format AND NOTHING ELSE. The dl, mkdir, chmod +x, wget, umount etc are ALL the same as you have done ONCE.
