Managed to get it working again. Deleted all references to it in BT profiles and the BT keyboard and re-paired.

Just, you know, in case anyone ever has this problem. I *suspect* that it somehow got paired both in the KB control panel and in the BT devices panel. Maybe. I have no idea.
