This may be viewed as further community fragmentation, but I think it may represent a way to better focus tablet support.

I just found out about a site called Get Satisfaction, which is designed to provide community-based help for product problems but with a twist: volunteers can officially represent their company!

I think the concept has a lot of potential, and I already signed up to represent a certain communications device manufacturer... although not using this user name.

Anyway, here's a thread started on the N810 (wifi issue). I'll respond to the poster once my account is finished.
