I've made modifications to the gtkrc file in glasser theme, as locusf suggested:

Replace the 26 with 38 and 22 with 42.
After that i made a copy of /usr/share/themes/glasser/images/qgn_plat_scroll_thumbsize_*.png files, renamed them removing "_thumbsize_" from their names, and replaced /usr/share/themes/glasser/images/qgn_plat_scroll*.png files by them. Looks great. But i don't know how to pack that in *.deb.
