Is there anyway to find out what combination of keys are available for shortcut, as almost ALL "CTRL + " has already been used by some program? If the answer is NO, what is the next key combo you would recommand, CTRL+shift+key or CTRL+Fn+key?

By chance, I find out the "Fn" has NOT been used, so that is my "window move" key
