Well, it's available right now. Go act like you're downloading 2.0.0.14, but when it takes you to the "Thanks for choosing Firefox!" page, with the save file pop-up, cancel that, and change the URL to something involving 3.0; you'll get it. (While the welcome page on startup says RC3, the about doesn't; I'm pretty sure it's final, but I'd appreciate confirmation frome someone running RC3 that their about box does show RC status...)

Of course, we knew it would be staged in advance, but it's always fun when it's staged somewhere guessable in 30 seconds. (Oh, and I got 369 kB/s; the server's not being flooded right now... It will be in an hour or so. Early adopters FTW!)
