You know windows, right? In general, that error message suggests the system cannot find the file.

Problem,
1) typo, check the file name
2) not at the right place, check your pathway or directory
3) do not have the file, did not dl properly

Solution,
on the command line,
ls
this will list your file, same as dir in the window world
and cd to the right directory. cd means change directory,
keep on cd and ls, to find your source file and the destination directory, you will get it. Post back results, we will help you.
