meh... I just answer them while I'm there anyway. As gole said, storing email on the NIT isn't a comforting thought. Having access to the same messages with all the up to date status staying in sync from any machine far outweighs the store and respond later of POP. You can have a giant mailbox with many folders and it looks the same from any machine and any app.

I tried modest on a smaller IMAP server and it works a lot better than it did against a large mailbox. However it still won't send mail over an authenticated TLS connection. improved but still beta it seems.

And that higher than expected CPU usage makes it less than ideal.

I can see all the headers, but when I try to open a message to read it I get a blank screen. This occurs whether or not the message has been previously read.
doesn't do that to me. You must be using POP?
