Yes, this seems to affect all-day events originally created in GPE. This was particularly noticeable on recurring, non-weekly events (for example, bi-weekly or every three weeks events). (I reflashed without backing up--I didn't care because I knew that my GPE calendar was backed up via google. So, I used erminig to recreate my GPE calendar upon reflash). Anyway, this would be an approximation of what happened:

1. Create an all day event in GPE (typically for me, something scheduled to recur once every three weeks), in Chinook
2. Run the old version of erminig to synchronize GPE & Google
3. Reflash tablet to Diablo
4. Re-install GPE, start with blank slate calendar
5. Install latest version of erminig
6. Re-import all day event from google using erminig
