Fixed:
libevas0 0.9.9.042-maemo4 is the problem, along with the loaders.

Downgrade to these packages:
Code:
libevas0-loaders-all_0.9.9.042-maemo3_armel.deb
libevas0-loader-eet_0.9.9.042-maemo3_armel.deb
libevas0-loader-jpeg_0.9.9.042-maemo3_armel.deb
libevas0-loader-png_0.9.9.042-maemo3_armel.deb
libevas0_0.9.9.042-maemo3_armel.deb
and you're set.

That's the price of using extras-devel maemo4 is not propagated to extras, hence not too much people with this problem...
