Okay... let's see... when you plug your USB cable into your tablet and your computer,

the memory cards of your tablet should mount as "Removable Drives" on your computer. Once you've got them mounted, you can just drag and drop videos over to the tablet.

Then, eject the removable drive(s) that correspond to your tablet and unplug the USB cable. Now, on your tablet you should be able to open the media player and look on the memory cards for the video files.

The transcoding reference is because the tablet can't play videos above 400x240 without some playing around. So make sure your videos are in low resolution, and if they aren't, then use the video converter mentioned earlier in this thread
