Now, I have a question for you bunanson, or anyone who installed mplayer on 2008HE: How to get rid of the dependencies problem? I've setup the catalog repository.maemo.org/extras with bora to get the N770 version of mplayer but it ask for libossomime0, hildon-libs0, hildon-fm1 Since I could not set a catalog to have these files through the application manager, I've downloaded them then tried to install with dpkg -i but it says conflicting whatever, not installing, for all 3 packages. So I'm quite at the end of my very limited resources when it comes to Linux.
