No you can use chinook builds. The chinook extra repository isn't updating as it should. See http://repository.maemo.org/extras/dists/chinook/, the Contents-armel is old.
Either wait or point your browser to http://repository.maemo.org/extras/p...ee/k/kmplayer/ and http://repository.maemo.org/extras/p...e/w/worldtv99/. Clicking on the .deb files should open the application manager for installation.
