I didn't write that, but...

I'm not claiming that only programmers can express criticism about software, but I'd claim that only programmers can fix it! So... if it bothers you enough (and you can't get it fixed otherwise), you'd better become a programmer and fix it before it drives you mad. Perhaps a little late for that, though.
