Yes, I hesitated giving that advice hoping someone with more experience with this app would suggest it. I prefer the apt-get or dpkg solution over the "Red Pill" mode of app manager because those command line utils tend to tell you more about what the problem might be, such as incompatible or missing dependencies. I guess app manager keeps a log somewhere. Anyone knows where it is?
