what i do is save my ppt files to jpeg and just view them with quiver.

a proper viewer would be sweet. i think the hardware can even handle animations.

right now the solutions are:
word: abiword, xournal, notes (if you can live without paragraph marks)
excel: gnumeric
powerpoint: none, but you can save as a movie or series of jpegs
