Hello,
I don't get any audio when I play .mov files with MPlayer on OS2008. I noticed a 2mb or so update is available for MPlayer but I can't update because it tells me I am missing some dependencies such as
libfreetype6
libosso1
...
and a couple of others. I try to install these using apt-get but it tells me that the latest version is already installed. Does anyone know what I can do. I just want any solution that will allow me to play .mov files, preferably via a browser but a standalone player is fine also.
I also have another issue. I can't connect to the Chinook Extras site when refreshing the app catalogue. I had this trouble with Maemo Extras also but I fixed this by adding a distribution of 4.1. My Chinook settings are default, does anyone know if I need to change something?
Cheers
