Can you make your phone go on line by its self? If you can do that, then check blue tooth connection to the phone. My phone (Nokia N75) sometimes asks if I want to allow the connection. If you need the gprs settings I think you aren't getting on line with the phone at all. Call ATT and they will send it to your phone easily.
