But I can go up there manually with a web browser and download the packages.tgz files without issue. Any ideas? I'm running the 2007-3 version of the OS.
Yes it is not working the way it should and not the first time. There is a thread about a way to work around the problem but I don't know if it works. In due time it will be back up.
