I think your cloned SD is ok but the flash is corrupted.

BTW, the modified 8G SD is nice but too expensive now!
OK, I think I just have to try again. I have now newly flashed and patched (high speed kernel and WLAN hot fix installed) OS2006 so cloning should go just right.

8 G SD is indeed nice. And at the moment it is actually quite cheap for people living outside US because the exchange rate for $ is really good.
