Hmm... Well if it's asking for a root password, you should install qwerty's "rootsh" package which gives sudo permission to "user"

And interesting.. I've never used the checkbox so I wasn't aware of that. I just thought I'd mention it in case the python script used a command-line menu or something of the sort
