I haven't a clue why this is happening, but I'm going to attempt to give a 'stock' answer to this from my [somewhat limited] experience here...

when you flashed your device to your current OS of choice, did you restore your data from a backup? If so, that might be the culprit. Try and reflash and don't restore a backup and see if that fixes the problem.

If it doesn't, I'm out of ideas, but I hope that helps.
