I have this problem as well. I remember that there was some workaround, but it did not work for me, and maybe it won't work in diablo at all. Usually I don't need this feature, so its no big deal. Other times, say when I want to activate a Jott account to use grandcentral, I simply change the active telephone in GC to my home phone or cell phone. Thats my "work around"
