My first question about such a gadget usually is "what's with battery life"?

I got severely disappointed by the eee PC battery life already. It's a great device (esp. with Ubuntu on it) but battery life is damn poor on it.

What I would really like was a netbook like the eee with 1024x768 screen and mobile phone components like the NITs for best battery life. That would rock!
