Well, for those options, it mentions that it can accept LAN cards on CF, and I've heard of HSDPA and EVDO CF cards (obtainable with data plan from providers, I think) in passing, though owning no devices taking that form-factor, I've paid little attention. Probably no WiMAX yet, though.

I'd rather full Ubuntu, or maybe Debian, than mobile, but if they've got drivers for one, I bet the others would be easy to put on. With vista, it's unlikely you can get even XP working with full hardware support, much less a decent UNIX. (I have yet to even try Cygwin on Vista, but from the performance on my laptop, I can't imagine Vista being workable in these hardware constraints with or without a UNIX layer.)
