While figuring out how to get VideoCenter up and running, I came across a treasure trove of streams and downloads for the tablet (and big pc's as well) at
http://www.archive.org
The Internet Archive has literally thousands of full text books, classic movies, cartoons, old tv commercials, videos of every size and description, and the content works fine on my N800. The audio library alone contains some 281, 951 files, including mp3's, flacs (for pc downloads), and lots of live concerts (an entire sub-section devoted to Grateful Dead concerts for example).
Not all formats work (flac for example), but the mp4's in the video section stream nicely, and you can download entire movies in mp4 format for the tablet. Also tons of audio books in the audio section for stream or download (I'm listening to the Swiss Family Robinson while typing this).
The text section links to common text collections like Gutenberg, but also many others I've not run across elsewhere. With a little trial and error (try fit width to view) I even got the flip book versions to work, which is as close to a real book feel as I've seen on a pc, big or little. Books can be downloaded in a variety of formats, including many in pdf, perfect for the IT. Check it out!!
