In activating Wayfinder on my N810, I saw this in the Terms of Service: 5.2 The Customer Information and the Position Information may be used by Wayfinder for purposes of a) execution of obligations and rights pursuant to the Agreement, b) performance of obligations imposed by law or regulations, c) maintenance of Wayfinder’s Customer databases for marketing of Wayfinder products and services and d) development as well as troubleshooting of Wayfinder products and services. The expression "maintenance of databases" includes obtaining of supplemental information relating of the Customer from publicly available registers such as registers containing information on the creditworthiness of the Customer. Use of the Customer Information and the Position Information shall cease when it is no longer necessary for the purposes stated in these TOS.Is it just me or does this sound like Wayfinder get's cc'd on data regarding where I travel? I still haven't tapped "I accept" yet; I am waiting for an e-mail response from them. If anyone has insights on that item (not [conspiracy] theories! ) please chime in. Thank you, Frank
