In the linux world (your tablet is running a flavour of linux), certain files used by software are called 'dependencies' - - the application depends on them to do what it does. Not all of the dependencies required come packaged with the file and must be downloaded elsewhere (in most cases they are written/maintained by another author, so it keeps things cleaner when updates come along).

In order to keep things clean, there is a 'repository' system in place. Each repository has a bunch of games, applications, etc. and knows what the dependencies are and where to get the files/libraries.

Make sure you add the ones for your specific operating system, if you have the latest version of OS2008 on your tablet then it'll be 'diablo'.

Hope this clears up some of the confusion. And as they said above, Tablet Scene is a great place to get started. They're nicer than we are.
