Riga too, been there last year a bit chilly but definitely nice. Tallin is nice as well, as long as one stays in the old town, which is not too large. St Petersburg I haven't visited it yet.

But anyway I was half serious. Maybe things will change in the future, however many new trends that affect Nokia company-wise start in finland.

The major options being Helsinki, Tampere (I spent there my first 2 years) and Oulu (too extreme for me).
