I believe that this IS an easy way for the seller. When you make your payment via PayPal, the seller will see your verified address from your account, and be able to generate shipping labels (and even the postage) from within the PayPal system.

Making the payment via PayPal protects both you and the seller...You because you can get your money back if you don't receive the tablet, plus you do not have to go through the hassle of sending a money order. PayPal protects the seller, because he does not have to worry about a bad payment coming back on him (as in the case of a bounced check, etc.).

I realize that PayPal makes a ton of money on clearing transactions between "business level" users, but it is a good way to send money to strangers.
