Before you start a transaction the S&H costs have to be speficied, the exact components (and their status) of the item(s) have to be specified, how much warranty is still left and where the device was bought, and it has to be specified where the seller sends his/her item to and where not, and to whom (not) like e.g. how many posts/feedback/PayPal_level the buyer must have. On eBay, no transaction is final until buyer and seller have agreed on this. It is better to agree on this before than after agreeing the sale of the item(s).
