gnexus, BOTH bug reports clearly list GrandCentral and this is a KNOWN GRANDCENTRAL BUG.

I can send DTMF tones just fine to an IVR system if I call directly though sipphone. In fact I just did NOW under Diablo.

1) signon to sipphone account through native sip "account"
2) open internet call
3) dial 18002341490 ( Dell support )
4) Wait for the prompt, press 3 "or DTMF pad 3"

IT WORKS!
