Its the one that gets automatically installed with some modifications:

/etc/bootmenu.d/deblet-external-MMC-p1.item:

ITEM_NAME="Deblet on external-MMC-p1"
ITEM_ID="deblet-external-MMC-p1"
ITEM_DEVICE="mmcblk1p1"
ITEM_MODULES="mbcache jbd ext3"
ITEM_FSTYPE="ext3"
ITEM_FSOPTIONS="noatime,ro"
ITEM_LINUXRC="linuxrc"

BTW, I'm installing this with /usr/sbin/install_bootmenu
