I imagine offering the cover in a single color will be most cost effective. My vote would be to replicate the original color as closely as possible.

BTW, I proposed an idea like this back in March 08, just after I got my tablet. This is what I wrote:

"I had thought about a ribon cable, like you see on printer carriages (sp?) but from the MiniSD card slot. Using a MiniSD adapter, pulled apart, and the ribon cable soldered on and then terminating to a standard SD card reader, somehow fixed on the back (the guts are relatively slim). This was also to allow the stand to work but enable a standard SD card to be used."

My thought was to put the SD slot on the outside but your implementation is much better. I look forward to the finished result.
