I replied to them twice on Friday after I received the e-mail to ask them to explain theirselves (but giving them no information, other than an indication of the fact that I had received their mail), but they did not reply. I will see if they get back to me on Monday and will call the customer services number on the Nokia site to see what they have to say for themselves.

I will let you all know how I get on
