I called Nokia's UK customer services line this morning, but none of the options even vaugely related to online orders. I went through to Accessories Sales (as the Nokia forums describe the itT as an accessory I think) but they refused any knowledge of Nokia 770, as "we only do accessories". They suggested e-mailing through the website.
I e-mailed, but have received no response. My previous attempts at e-mailing Nokia customer services show that they are dreadful at replying to the e-mails at all, except on odd occasions where they will reply within an hour or so. I guess it is fluke as to whether you get through to the one person who can be bothered to answer.
Why aren't these available at other online stores? At least Amazon and the like are competent at selling things on the web.
Nokia are beginning to annoy me now...
