Hm... Wonder if "HSPA" means that it'll just be for internet access, like all of the MIDs are planning to do, or if it will have the full phone capabilities of GSM voice and SMS/MMS. And will it be Euro/Asian/AT&T triband 3G only, or will it support T-Mobile-USA HSPA as well? (all in one unit?)
And I hope the camera bullet item means a back facing portrait camera! It'd be about time!
If they don't announce it soon, though ... I'll probably be able to buy an Android phone in a few weeks (earlier than the general public, because I'm already a T-Mo customer). If the 5th Gen Maemo device isn't a full phone (quadband GSM, voice, SMS, MMS, T-Mo-USA 3G) ... then it will probably be a redundant purchase to the android phone I'll have already bought. Unless they announce it before the Android phone is on early sale.
It becomes "full phone vs bigger screen", really. And, full phone will probably win (since "bigger screen" will probably get handled by a Samsung Q1UP with self-installed Ubuntu, or a Dell Mini-9 with vendor installed Ubuntu). At that point, a tablet, that isn't a full phone, becomes a third wheel.
A tablet that IS a full phone, and has the larger screen, that's a different story. If it's announced before I can buy the Android phone, then I may just wait for it to be out. If it's announced after I buy the Android phone, then it'll depend on me disliking the Android phone (or loading the 5th Gen software onto my N810, and liking it a lot more than Android).
Though, I do feel a little vindicated about the HSPA part :-}
But mostly it's just nice to hear new news!
