Wow, so many great suggestions. Thanks to everyone. I'll have to try and use the tmp directory trick as I think that will be the easiest. For a while, I was using a pc to create a text file of flv links I wanted which would then send to my tablet over bluetooth and then:

wget -i cnbc.txt

Why? Because saving the files directly is much faster than transferring over USB or bluetooth.

However, the idea of just saving the files directly without the use of a PC is far more ideal.
