I now removed Virtual Memory (didn't know that...) and i didn't use my bluetooth keyboard and used install tools again.

Now when selecting to boot from SD in bootmenu, it shows the Nokia Screen with "Booting from mmc12 (mmcblk0p2 ext3)..." and the progress bar, BUT it hangs up when the progress bar is filled up....
The n810 doesn't respond to any button actions now - have to take out the battery for reboot....

It seems like i installed some software that is not compatible with cloning....
I think i will backup my data now, and reflash it with a fresh diablo and then create the clone....
