Hi,
you have to modify the /etc/bluetooth/rfcomm.conf file (root access needed). Replace the values in the file with your own values (your gps MAC address) and change the value of BIND to yes.
In maemo-mapper, in the place where the MAC address should be, put /dev/rfcomm0

reboot and enjoy
