If you have a net connection, maemo-mapper is good (needs net connection to download maps as bitmaps and routes from Google), we're discussing how to use a vector format for the tile and routing backend.
Navit uses OSM data and renders that and routes from it; the app needs some love on Maemo before it's ready for end users.
