n800 with Diablo after a regular update (~60MB, dunno what it was in detail).
After the update WiFi was still working.
When I went back home it suddenly stopped to see any networks ;/ (I have 2 available & working for 100%).
Restarting didn't help. It's searching for a network all the time.
This solution is not really a option for me cause I'm sure it's a software issue and I don't want to reflash (done it once after installing the Vista theme) ;/.
Code:
/etc/init.d/networking restart
fails for eth0 but wlan0 is in our concern, right?
Code:
/etc/init.d/wlancond restart
works but doesn't change anything.
Any more troubleshooting I can do?

EDIT:
This is geting wierder and wierder.
I just thought about running WiFiinfo (with no success ofc :P), the connection manager (the same finding issue as earlier) and finally getting a restore of the application list (only!).
When I went to the app manager the connection to the WLAN suddenly came back to life except that the statusbar icon still shows that there is no connection active . WTH is going on xD?

EDIT2 & SOLUTION:
Disabled all stoopid repos and ran:
Code:
apt-get install --reinstall osso-connectivity*
restarting...
Worked like a charm .

So dear Nokia IT users, if you encounter any wierd stuff with the WiFi and manage to get a connection (USB would be a option here for restoring) follow this stuff :P.
