I've both and totally agree with you

Touch can be fascinating in a first contact but you should come back three or four months from now and tell us

with ITs you have a full feature browser even with flash
many apps running at the same time
bigger screen
SD card slot, GPS, bluetooth and so on

and you don't need iTunes with your IT
