Your trace goes to the last hop before the gnuite server. That is why I think there is some filtering on the server preventing responses back to you.

Can you ping 64.72.119,252? That server is on the same subnet as gnuite's and would help determine if you are being blocked from an individual ip or a whole sub-net.
My current IP is on the 189.135.104.xx range. Yes, I can ping 64.72.119.252 from this IP. (BTW, there is a colon before the '252' on your post)

I can also ping 64.72.119.252 from all the geographical locations in Mexico (country) I tested (where we do have network sites and different outward routes to the Internet).

So.. seems then, the actual gnuite.com server is the culprit (at least from traffic originating in Mexico).

Fracisco (or any other Brazilian friend), could you also test a ping to 64.72.119.252 and post your results. Thanks in advance.
