10.10.10.xxx, assuming your mask is 255.255.255.0.

There must be some filtering on the gnuite.com server that is refusing connections to certain IP addresses.
My access from home is via commercial ADSL that use the IP 200.xxx.yyy.zzz or 201... My IP now is 201... In this case I can not access gnuite.com

The academic net here use IP 164.41.yyy.zzz. From home I can use a proxy in the university to access scientific journals subscribed by the university. If I access the internet from home via ADSL but using this proxy I have no problem to access gnuite.com.

I have no problem to ping 64.72.119.252

Some years ago many server in USA were blocked to be accessed from IP 200 (Brazil). I think the server of gnuite filters the access and blocks IP in the range 189 to 201 or more.

I am very sorry but I will delete Maemo Mapper in my N810 because I can not use the proxy from my Nokia.
