Yes, it will work...

You just need to save the firmware bin file on you PC. Once you start the update wizard it will go through and detect your N810. After this it will show you available udpates, but don't select any from the list, but select from file. Then just point into the bin file you just downloaded. It will tell you that you are upgrading to older revision, which you can just click OK.
