Umm, but with not having any scrollbar i meant that it doesn't have such even in places where you'll want one

Like frames or overflow: auto block elements. Liqbase has scrollbars as of late in some places where it is needed.

I don't want to scrollbar to scroll with it, i just want to know where i am - even if it is a 1px solid line. :P
